It's been an unspoken fact this year that you will know very early on in the game if the Cavs have it or not. They're always going to try on the defensive end, but Tony Parker's quickness was a big factor in game 1. (Note of sarcasm: I give them credit, it only took Parker going to the hoop twice when Z went out on a double-team for LeBron to switch himself to guarding Mr. Longoria.) The offense falls into a) we're going to atttempt to run some plays or b) we're going to stand around and wait for LeBron to save our collective ass. And if it's "b", and LeBron decides to start heaving up jumpers instead of taking it to the rack, we're in for a long night. And unfortunately, Thursday was a very, very long night.
I want to see a more prepared team on Sunday, Coach Brown.
